Complex and time-consuming tasks are required for fishers to submit a project to EMFAF, on top of their work.
While industrial fishing actors have the human ressources, time and means to apply, small-scale fishers must negotiate the grant application process by themselves.
In each country where it operates, BlueMove works with a technical assistant who provides fishers with the training and support they need to prepare robust, sustainable project proposals for the EMFAF.

Pre-financing (optional)
BlueMove implements tailored solutions to bridge the cash flow gap between investments and the actual disbursement of grants from the EMFAF managing authorities. Payment delays can range from three months to one year.
